Rocket's Raikou ex (ex8-108 Holofoil) is a Darkness-type Basic Pokémon-ex from the Deoxys set with a Rare Secret print. It has the Poké-Power Lightning Burst which can force a switch of the Defending Pokémon whenever you attach a Darkness Energy from your hand, and the attack Thunderous Blow that does 40+ damage increasing by 10 for each Lightning Energy attached. The card carries the usual ex drawback of the opponent taking 2 Prize cards if it is Knocked Out, and it has a retreat cost of two Colorless energy and a Fighting weakness.
