Starmie (ex8-48) is a Stage 1 Water Pokémon from the Deoxys set with the Poké-Body Core Guard and two attacks. Core Guard reduces incoming attack damage by 10 while Starmie has any Psychic Energy attached. Its attacks are Energy Flip, which can damage and reposition an Energy from an opponent's Benched Pokémon, and Psychic Boom, which scales damage based on the Defending Pokémon's attached Energy.
