Metagross (ex8-11 Holofoil) is a Stage 2 Psychic Pokémon from the Deoxys set. It has the Poké-Power Super Connectivity that lets you retrieve a Psychic or Metal Energy from your discard and attach it to your Active Pokémon at the cost of placing one damage counter on that Pokémon. Its attack Link Blast deals 70 damage unless energy counts differ, in which case it does 40, giving it situationally higher or lower output.
