If Deoxys and the Defending Pokémon have a different amount of Energy attached to them, this attack's base damage is 20 instead of 40.

Deoxys (ex8-16 Movie Stamp) is a Basic Psychic-type Pokémon from the Deoxys expansion printed as a Movie Stamp variant. It has the Poké-Power Form Change allowing you once per turn to search your deck for another Deoxys and switch it with this one, then place the original on top of your deck. Its attack Link Blast deals 40 damage (reduced to 20 if the Energy counts differ), and it has a one Colorless retreat cost and Psychic×2 weakness.
