Deoxys (ex8-16 Holofoil) is a Basic Psychic Pokémon from the Deoxys expansion printed as a rare holofoil. It has the Form Change Poké-Power allowing once-per-turn deck search and switching with another Deoxys, moving any attachments and effects to the new Pokémon. Its attack Link Blast deals 40 damage (20 if the Energy counts differ) and it has a one-colorless retreat cost.
