Description

Rayquaza-GX (sm7-109) is a Basic Dragon–type Pokémon-GX from the Celestial Storm expansion with the Stormy Winds Ability and two attacks including a GX attack. Its Stormy Winds Ability can mill three cards to recover a basic Energy from the discard and attach it to Rayquaza-GX when played to the Bench. Dragon Break scales damage by the number of basic Grass and Lightning Energy among your Pokémon, while Tempest-GX discards your hand to draw 10 cards as its once-per-game GX effect.
