Description

Rayquaza-GX (sm7-177 Holofoil) is a Basic Dragon-type Pokémon-GX from the Celestial Storm expansion. It has the Stormy Winds ability which can mill three cards and attach a basic Energy from your discard to itself when played onto the Bench, and its Dragon Break attack deals 30× damage based on basic Grass and Lightning Energy attached to your Pokémon. Its Tempest-GX is a one-time GX effect that discards your hand and lets you draw 10 cards, offering a powerful late-game draw option but subject to the Pokémon-GX knockout prize penalty.
