Plusle (sm7-53) is an Uncommon Basic Lightning Pokémon from the Celestial Storm set printed as card 53/168. Its primary attack, Draw for Everybody, makes you shuffle your hand into your deck and then draw one card per Benched Pokémon on both sides, offering hand refilling tied to board state. It also has a simple damage-dealing Electro Ball attack that costs Lightning and Colorless and provides a small direct damage option.
