Articuno-GX (sm7-31-Holofoil) is a Water Basic Pokémon–GX from the Celestial Storm expansion. Its Legendary Ascent Ability lets you play it onto your Bench and immediately switch it into the Active spot while moving any number of Water Energy from your other Pokémon. It can deal 130 damage with Ice Wing and has a one-use Cold Crush attack that discards all Energy from both Active Pokémon.
