Parallel City (xy8-145 Staff Stamp) is a Stadium Trainer from the BREAKthrough set. When played you choose its orientation to either limit the chosen player's Bench to three Pokémon or reduce damage from that player's Grass, Fire, and Water Pokémon by 20. The card remains in play until another Stadium replaces it and forces bench discards immediately when the bench-limit orientation is chosen.
