Its Ice Breath attack can Paralyze the opponent's Active Pokémon on a coin flip, and its Instant Freeze deals 50 damage plus 100 more if you have the same number of cards in hand as your opponent. It has a Metal weakness, a three-colorless retreat cost, and carries the Pokémon-EX rule that awards two Prize cards to your opponent if knocked out.
