Magnezone (xy8-54) is a Lightning-type Stage 2 Pokémon from the BREAKthrough set. It has the Magnetic Circuit Ability, letting you attach Lightning Energy cards from your hand to any of your Pokémon as often as you like during your turn, and an attack, Thunder Blast, that deals 100 damage but requires discarding a Lightning Energy. Its high retreat cost and resistance/weakness profile suggest it plays a mid-to-late game role balancing energy acceleration with a costly attack.
