Buddy-Buddy Rescue (xy8-135) is an Item Trainer from the BREAKthrough set. When played, each player returns a Pokémon from their discard pile to their hand, with the opponent choosing first. It also reminds players that Items have no per-turn limit beyond normal game rules, allowing multiple Item plays in one turn.
