Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir (TSR 91) is a legendary Human Wizard creature from Time Spiral Remastered printed as a normal variant. It grants flash to itself and to your off-battlefield creature cards while restricting each opponent to casting spells only any time they could cast a sorcery. The card functions both as a tempo piece by letting you play creatures at instant speed and as a lockdown effect limiting opponents' timing options.
