Smallpox (TSR 139) is a black sorcery from Time Spiral Remastered that forces each player to lose life, discard a card, sacrifice a creature, and sacrifice a land. The spell resolves simultaneously in stages—life loss, hands chosen then discarded, then players sequentially choose creatures to sacrifice which are all sacrificed together, followed by lands—creating board and hand disruption. Its two-black mana cost and symmetric pinger-plus-sacrifice effect make it useful in decks that exploit opponent sacrifices or benefit from parity-altering effects.
