It has morph {2}{U}, allowing it to be cast face down as a 2/2 and later turned face up for its morph cost to trigger an effect. When turned face up it gives a targeted creature either +2/-2 or -2/+2 until end of turn, letting you choose a beneficial or disruptive buff on resolution.
