Psychotic Episode (TSR 132) is a black sorcery from Time Spiral Remastered. It makes a target player reveal their hand and the top card of their library, then you choose one of those revealed cards and that player puts it on the bottom of their library. It also has Madness for {1}{B}, allowing you to cast it for its Madness cost if discarded, enabling surprise or discard-synergy plays.
