Description

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade (TSR 380 foil) is a legendary Human Soldier from Time Spiral Remastered. Her static ability prevents opponents from casting noncreature spells with mana value greater than the number of lands they control, and she also counters spells an opponent casts if no mana was spent to cast them. She serves as a tempo/control piece that taxes and can outright stop certain combo and free-cast strategies while also fitting into commander or control white-blue shells.
