Description

Lavinia, Azorius Renegade (TSR 380) is a legendary Human Soldier creature from Time Spiral Remastered. She restricts opponents from casting noncreature spells with mana value greater than the number of lands they control and will counter spells cast without paying any mana. Her disruptive role taxes high-cost noncreature strategies and punishes zero-cost casting effects, making her a metagame-affecting tax-and-anti-cheat effect in decks that can protect and capitalize on board control.
