Erratic Mutation (TSR 67, foil) is a blue instant from the Time Spiral Remastered set. It reveals cards from the top of your library until a nonland is revealed and gives the targeted creature +X/-X until end of turn where X equals that nonland's mana value, then places all revealed cards on the bottom of your library in any order. The effect can provide either a boost or a reduction to power depending on the revealed card's mana value, creating high variance and potential late-game interaction with creature combat.
