Edge of Autumn (TSR 201 foil) is a green sorcery from Time Spiral Remastered that returns a basic land to the battlefield tapped if you control four or fewer lands. It also has Cycling—Sacrifice a land, letting you sacrifice a land and discard it to draw a card instead. The card checks your land count as it resolves, so if you have five or more lands when it resolves it does nothing.
