Delay (TSR 61, Foil) is an uncommon blue Instant from Time Spiral Remastered that counters a target spell and exiles it with three time counters instead of sending it to the graveyard. When exiled this way the spell gains suspend and may be cast without paying its mana cost after its time counters are removed, potentially allowing the opponent to later cast their own spell or letting you benefit if you later gain control of it.
