Arc Blade (TSR 152) is a red sorcery from Time Spiral Remastered that deals 2 damage to any target and then exiles itself with three time counters. It has Suspend 3 for {2}{R}, letting you exile it and cast it without paying its mana cost after three upkeeps. Casting it repeatedly is possible because the card suspends itself again when it resolves, enabling a recurring offboard damage effect over time.
