Ancestral Vision (TSR-52 foil) is a blue sorcery reprinted in Time Spiral Remastered that has no mana cost but uses Suspend 4 for {U}. When the suspend countdown finishes you may cast it without paying a mana cost to have target player draw three cards. It functions as a card-advantage engine in decks that can reliably use Suspend or otherwise cast spells with no mana cost.
