Time Distortion (OPC2-8) is a Planechase phenomenon card from the Planechase 2012 Planes set. When encountered, it reverses the game’s turn order and then the planar deck instructs you to planeswalk away from the phenomenon. This effect can be reversed by encountering another effect that flips the turn order back to the original orientation.
