Windriddle Palaces (OPC2‑39) is a Plane card from the Planechase 2012 Planes set that uses the Belenon subtype. While you are the planar controller, all players play with their library tops revealed and you may play lands and cast spells from the top of any player's library. Whenever chaos occurs on this plane, each player puts the top card of their library into their graveyard, adding a mill effect to the plane’s hazards.
