Tyvar, Jubilant Brawler (ONE-476, Rare) is a legendary planeswalker from Phyrexia: All Will Be One that costs {1}{B}{G}. Its static ability lets you activate activated abilities of creatures you control as though those creatures had haste, and its loyalty abilities can untap a creature or mill three cards then return a creature with mana value 2 or less from your graveyard. It supports aggressive or value creature strategies by enabling immediate use of tap-activated creature effects and providing a small graveyard recursion toolbox.
