Lukka, Bound to Ruin (ONE‑467, foil) is a legendary planeswalker in the Phyrexia: All Will Be One set that uses a compleated hybrid Phyrexian mana symbol in its cost. It can add restricted red/green mana, make a 3/3 green Phyrexian Beast token with toxic 1, and convert your creatures’ greatest power into distributed damage with a −4 loyalty ability. The card’s compleated mechanic alters the number of loyalty counters it enters with depending on whether its Phyrexian symbol was paid with life, and its mana value is always five per rulings.
