Its +1 adds RG mana that can only be used for creature spells or creature abilities and its −1 makes a 3/3 green Phyrexian Beast with toxic 1, while its −4 deals damage divided among targets equal to the greatest power among your creatures as you activate it. The compleated option can reduce its starting loyalty by two if you pay 2 life for the Phyrexian mana symbol when casting it, affecting how it enters the battlefield.
