Tinybones, the Pickpocket (OTJ-109) is a legendary creature — Skeleton Rogue from Outlaws of Thunder Junction. It has deathtouch and a triggered ability that lets you cast a target nonland permanent card from a player you dealt combat damage to, using any mana to pay its cost. This ability ignores timing restrictions for the cast card and must be chosen and resolved immediately when the trigger resolves.
