Make Your Own Luck (OTJ-371) is a green-blue sorcery. It lets you look at the top three cards of your library, exile a nonland among them to become plotted, and put the rest into your hand, with the plotted card available to be cast later from exile without paying its mana cost but not on the same turn it was plotted. Official rulings note that plotted spells still require any mandatory additional costs and treat X as zero when cast without paying their mana cost.
