Shifting Grift (OTJ-66) is a blue sorcery from Outlaws of Thunder Junction with the Spree mechanic. As you cast it you must pay one or more additional costs to exchange control of pairs of permanents—options swap two creatures for +2, two artifacts for +1, or two enchantments for +1. The exchanges are performed in the order written, targets must be legal when it resolves, and the control changes are permanent unless another effect replaces them.
