Shackle Slinger (OTJ-65) is a Human Soldier creature. Whenever you cast your second spell each turn, you choose an opponent's creature and either tap it if it's untapped or put a stun counter on it if it's already tapped. Its 3/2 body and repeatable disruption make it a tempo-oriented tool for controlling blockers or attackers.
