Requisition Raid (OTJ-26) is a white sorcery from Outlaws of Thunder Junction that uses the spree mechanic. As you cast it you choose one or more modes and pay their additional costs to destroy an artifact, destroy an enchantment, and/or put a +1/+1 counter on each creature a target player controls. The card functions as flexible removal or a mass buff depending on which modes you pay for, letting it fill removal or political/board-manipulation roles in decks.
