Description

Laughing Jasper Flint (OTJ-215) is a legendary Lizard Rogue from Outlaws of Thunder Junction that grants creatures you control but don't own the Mercenary type in addition to their other types. It exiles the top X cards of a target opponent's library at the beginning of your upkeep, where X equals the number of outlaws you control, and allows you to cast spells from among those exiled cards until end of turn with any-color mana. The card supports strategies that leverage opponent-owned creatures and fuels offboarding of spells from exile to enable tempo swings and multi-color casting flexibility.
