Description

Kellan, the Kid (OTJ-294) is a legendary three-mana Human Faerie Rogue creature from Outlaws of Thunder Junction that has flying and lifelink. Whenever you cast a spell from anywhere other than your hand, you may cast a permanent spell from your hand with equal or lesser mana value without paying its mana cost, otherwise you may put a land card from your hand onto the battlefield. The ability enables cheat-into-play strategies and card-advantage swings while also offering a built-in land drop to smooth mana when the free cast isn't used.
