Description

Kellan Joins Up (OTJ 354) is a legendary enchantment from Outlaws of Thunder Junction that supports green-white-blue decks. It lets you exile a nonland card with mana value 3 or less from your hand to become plotted, allowing you to cast that card later as a sorcery without paying its mana cost. Whenever a legendary creature you control enters the battlefield, it places a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control, providing broad anthem-style growth.
