Description

Kellan Joins Up (OTJ 212) is a legendary enchantment from Outlaws of Thunder Junction that costs GWU. When it enters, you may exile a nonland card with mana value 3 or less from your hand to make it plotted, letting you later cast that card for free as a sorcery; additionally, whenever a legendary creature you control enters the battlefield, you put a +1/+1 counter on each creature you control. The card supports anthem-style boosts for creature decks and enables cheat-into-play or tempo plays with low-cost spells through the plot mechanic.
