Description

Kaervek, the Punisher (OTJ-289) is a legendary creature card from Outlaws of Thunder Junction. Whenever you commit a crime, you exile up to one target black card from your graveyard and copy it, and you may cast that copy but will lose 2 life if you do. It serves as a recursion and value engine for black graveyard cards, enabling additional casting at the cost of life while also interacting with targeting-based ‘crime’ triggers.
