Description

Fblthp, Lost on the Range (OTJ-319) is a legendary creature Homunculus from the Outlaws of Thunder Junction set. While you control it you may look at the top card of your library and its top card gains Plot, letting you exile and later cast that nonland card by paying its plot cost instead of its mana cost. Its Ward {2} protects it from targeted spells and it functions as a library-manipulation engine for blue decks that want free-casting or exile-based interactions.
