It imposes taxing static effects that require opponents to pay {1} for each creature that would attack you or planeswalkers you control while it is untapped, and similarly taxes blockers while it is attacking. Its flying and 3/5 body make it a durable deterrent that combines evasion with board control to shape combat decisions.
