Tanuki Transplanter (NEC-30) is an Artifact Creature — Equipment Dog from Neon Dynasty Commander. Whenever it or the creature it's attached to attacks, it adds green mana equal to that attacking creature's power and you don't lose that mana as steps and phases end this turn. It has Reconfigure {3}, allowing you to pay to attach it as an Equipment (becoming a noncreature while attached) or unattach it to act as a creature, giving flexible mana generation and equipment utility.
