Port Town (NEC-174) is a rare land from Neon Dynasty Commander that can produce white or blue mana. As it enters the battlefield you may reveal a Plains or Island from your hand to have it enter untapped; otherwise it enters tapped. This card is color-fixing for UW decks and is commonly used to smooth early mana while being legal in decks that accept nonbasic lands.
