Description

Katsumasa, the Animator (NEC-51) is a legendary Moonfolk Artificer creature from Neon Dynasty Commander. It can animate noncreature artifacts into flying artifact creatures for the turn and grants non-Vehicles a base 1/1 if they were not already creatures. Additionally, at the beginning of your upkeep it places a +1/+1 counter on up to three target noncreature artifacts, supporting ongoing artifact-based strategies.
