Katsumasa, the Animator (NEC-15) is a Legendary Creature — Moonfolk Artificer from the Neon Dynasty Commander set. It can animate noncreature artifacts into flying artifact creatures until end of turn and can pump up to three noncreature artifacts with +1/+1 counters at the beginning of your upkeep. As a flying 3/3 with artifact-synergy effects, it functions as both a value engine and a potential commander that enables artifact-based board development.
