Description

Kaima, the Fractured Calm (NEC-74) is a legendary creature — Spirit from Neon Dynasty Commander printed at rare/mythic. At the beginning of your end step Kaima goads each opponent creature that's enchanted by an Aura you control and then gets a +1/+1 counter for each creature goaded this way. The card supports an Aura-focused strategy that pressures opponents by forcing attacked creatures and grows Kaima as you tax opponents' resources.
