Description

Kaima, the Fractured Calm (NEC-3 foil) is a legendary Spirit creature from Neon Dynasty Commander with converted mana cost 4 and red-green color identity. At the beginning of your end step it goads each opponent creature that's enchanted by an Aura you control and puts a +1/+1 counter on Kaima for each creature goaded this way. The ability locks in the set of creatures when it resolves, so later changes to Auras or enchantments don't affect which creatures were goaded.
