Description

Kaima, the Fractured Calm (NEC-3) is a legendary creature — Spirit from the Neon Dynasty Commander set. At each of your end steps it goads each opponent’s creature that’s enchanted by an Aura you control and puts a +1/+1 counter on Kaima for each creature goaded that way. This effect can lock in a set of goaded creatures when it resolves, enabling repeatable aggression manipulation and growth for Kaima.
