Its enter-the-battlefield effect makes it copy an opponent's creature but it loses other card types, which can create unusual interactions with planeswalker or token copies. It serves as a tempo or toolbox piece in blue artifact and commander decks that can crew it to attack or benefit from copied creature attributes.
