Each player shuffles all creatures they own into their library. Each player who shuffled a nontoken creature into their library this way reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card, then puts that card onto the battlefield and the rest on the bottom of their library in a random order.

Collision of Realms (NEC-19) is a rare red sorcery from Neon Dynasty Commander that reshuffles all players' creatures into their owners' libraries. After the shuffle, each player who put a nontoken creature into their library reveals cards from the top of their library until they reveal a creature card and puts that creature onto the battlefield. The spell can create large tempo swings by replacing boards with potentially different creatures and triggers replacement and enter-the-battlefield effects for revealed creatures.
